LATE FEE: There is a strict 10 minute grace period. If you arrive 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, a new appointment must be booked and you will be charged the no call/no show fee. RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION FEE: You must reschedule or cancel 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any reschedules/cancels in the 48 hour window will result in you having to book a new appointment and the no call/no show fee. If you must reschedule, you must let me know your desired date/time within 24 hours as I do no not hold onto desposits. NO CALL/NO SHOW FEE: If you do not arrive 10 minutes post your appointment time, it’s considered a no call/no show, and you will be charged 75% of your treatment. FEES/POLICIES: CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED AS A FORM OF PAYMENT. There are zero refunds on deposits or products. Please do not arrive with any makeup, tinted sunscreen, etc. You will be charged a $15 removal fee. CONSENT FORMS: Consent forms will personally be sent to you before your treatment.
